What you get

  • Tenders matched to your trade

Grounds maintenance, landscaping, arboriculture and tree surgery, sorted using the buyer's own codes and wording. Each tender shows the reason it was matched.

  • Your patch, not the buyer's head office

Choose the councils or regions you cover. We match the area where the buyer says the work will be done, and tell you plainly when a notice only gives a wider area.

  • Email alerts only when there is something new

A daily or weekly digest of new matches, most relevant first. No email on quiet days.

  • Changes you would otherwise miss

Closing dates that move and tenders that are cancelled are flagged for tenders you follow, and the dashboard shows what changed since your last visit.

  • A tracker for the bids you care about

Status, notes and an owner for each tender, with a closing-date reminder three days before the deadline. Up to 5 people per account.

  • Fewer irrelevant notices over time

Mark any tender "not relevant" and it disappears from your lists and alerts. You can bring it back whenever you like.

  • Always one click from the official notice

Every tender links to the original notice on Find a Tender so you can check the details before you bid.

  • Up to 10 saved searches

For example one per service line or one per depot.

How it works

  1. 1. Tell us your trade and patch

Pick your services and the councils you cover. It takes about a minute.

  2. 2. See real open tenders straight away

You see the ones that fit, with the reason for each. If nothing fits yet, we say so.

  3. 3. Let it watch for you

We email you when something new matches or a closing date changes, and remind you before tracked tenders close.

What Tenderpatch does not do

  • It does not write your bids or guarantee that you will win work.
  • It does not replace reading the official notice before you bid.
  • Contract values are the buyer's own estimates: they are not income, and a framework figure usually covers the whole agreement.
  • It is an independent service, not part of or endorsed by the UK Government.

Where the information comes from

Questions

Do I need a card to start?

No. The 14-day trial needs no payment card or payment details at all, and nothing is charged automatically. If you do nothing, your account becomes read-only when the trial ends: your searches and tracked tenders are kept, alerts pause, and you can subscribe whenever you like.

How do I pay?

By PayPal for either plan. The annual plan can also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice: your plan starts once we have confirmed the payment in our bank account.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.

Isn't this information free?

The notices are public and free, and Find a Tender and Contracts Finder both let you search them and set up their own alerts. Tenderpatch is for businesses that would rather have their trade and patch filtered for them, with the reasons shown, changes flagged and a tracker, instead of searching by hand.

How up to date is it?

Tenderpatch reads new and changed notices from Find a Tender automatically, and every page shows when it was last checked.

What does it not cover?

Notices from Find a Tender: England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Scottish contracts below the main thresholds are published elsewhere and are not included yet. Some notices give no closing date or only a wide area, and we say so rather than guess.
